Lussira is an AI-powered fashion and style membership platform operated by Stradix Ventures LLC FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Stradix Ventures", "we", "us", or "our"). Information we collect

  • Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
  • Content you upload: photos of your wardrobe items, selfies you submit for colour analysis, answers to style questionnaires, and journal entries you write inside the Service.
  • Usage information: how you interact with the Service, including features used and general device and log information.
  • Subscription information: your subscription is processed by our payment provider, Whop. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers.
  • Referral information: if you arrive through an affiliate or referral link, we record which link was used so commissions can be attributed.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and personalise the Service, generate your styling and wardrobe recommendations, manage your subscription and auto-renewal, operate and secure your account, respond to support requests, administer our affiliate and referral program, and improve the Service.

User-generated content and AI processing

To generate styling guidance, the photos, text, and questionnaire answers you submit are processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers. This processing exists solely to produce your recommendations within the Service. Your submitted content is not used to train third-party AI models, and we do not publish your uploads.

Service providers we share information with

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, including our hosting and database provider, Whop (subscription and payment processing), and our AI processing providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active.
