Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lussira, an AI-powered fashion and style membership platform (the "Service"), operated by Stradix Ventures LLC FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Stradix Ventures", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

The Service

Lussira provides AI-assisted styling, wardrobe, colour, and confidence guidance, along with related written materials. Outputs are suggestions to support your own decisions. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

Membership is offered on a subscription basis and billed through our payment provider, Whop. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using the payment method you provided to Whop, until you cancel. You authorise these recurring charges when you subscribe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices may change with notice, effective from your next renewal. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Affiliate and referral program

We may operate an affiliate or referral program under which participants earn a commission on qualifying subscriptions made through their links. Participation is subject to any separate program terms we publish, commissions are reversed for refunded or charged-back purchases, and we may modify or end the program at any time. Some links to the Service on third-party sites may be affiliate links. Affiliates are not authorised to make claims about the Service on our behalf.

Your content and AI processing

You may upload photos (including wardrobe items and selfies), text, questionnaire answers, and journal entries ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your User Content in order to operate the Service and generate your results. To produce those results, your User Content may be processed by third-party AI providers. Your User Content is not used to train third-party AI models. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts another person without their consent.

Acceptable use

You may not resell or redistribute the Service or its materials, share your account, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our intellectual property

The Lussira name, content, written materials, ebooks, and software are owned by Stradix Ventures or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for informational and personal-development purposes only. It is not professional, medical, psychological, or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stradix Ventures LLC FZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your membership and closing your account. On termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
