Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to memberships to Lussira, an AI-powered fashion and style membership platform operated by Stradix Ventures LLC FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Stradix Ventures", "we", "us", or "our"). All payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop.

Subscription terms and auto-renewal

Lussira is sold as a recurring subscription. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, three-monthly, or annually, depending on the plan you choose) at the then-current price, using the payment method on file with Whop, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges.

Cancelling your membership

You may cancel at any time through your Whop account or by emailing us at team@stradixventures.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time when you cancel part-way through a period. We may make exceptions at our discretion, including for duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.

Digital content

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content and AI-generated outputs, access begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.

How to request a refund

Email team@stradixventures.com from the email address associated with your account, including your order details. Approved refunds are returned through Whop to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Affiliate and referral purchases

Memberships purchased through an affiliate or referral link are subject to this same policy. Refunded purchases result in the reversal of any related affiliate or referral commission.

Chargebacks

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. We may suspend accounts associated with chargebacks filed without prior contact.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
